Maintenance Agreement Renewal and Tune-Up Desk
Tune-ups owed by area, covered equipment and visits owed for every agreement member, with renewals and declined cards beside them.

Overview
This concept illustrates a desk for a contractor's maintenance agreements, built around the visits each member is owed and set here in a business that services heating and cooling equipment. It shows the provider side of Subscriber Bot, the part designed for businesses that sell recurring plans. Each agreement is treated as a recurring relationship with its plan, covered equipment, renewal date, payment status and the visits owed this season.
In field service and the trades, an agreement is sold on a promise of seasonal visits, and that promise is easy to break quietly. Tune-ups pile up in busy weeks, a fall visit never happens, a card declines before renewal, and a member who was never visited is asked to renew anyway. Dispatch, billing and the renewal list usually sit apart, so nobody sees the gap. The concept puts visits owed, renewals and payment problems on one page.
The illustrated Comfort Plans page opens under Relationships with a season selector set to spring. Four tiles count active agreements, spring tune-ups owed, fall visits never done and agreements renewing in 60 days, the last two highlighted. A Tune-ups owed by area table lists each sample area with members, covered units and visits owed, booked and past due, plus a batch status: ready, sent to MoveTheWheels or, for one condominium association account, a maintenance plan date. Renewals needing a person lists a declined card and a missed fall visit, each with a next move and a status. A side panel for one sample member lists a covered gas furnace and condensing unit with their years, the fall safety check marked done, the spring tune-up owed and the renewal date. A badge flags three visits for the same fault, and a suggested owner call before renewal sits above an Approve step button.
Three other Burdenoff products appear in the design. A Send batch to MoveTheWheels button is designed to hand an area's owed tune-ups to MoveTheWheels as a neighborhood batch for the quieter weeks. The completed safety check carries an AssetHandler label, reflecting the intent that visits finished on AssetHandler work orders come back to the agreement. The declined card is paired with a card-update link via Kadaikodi, which is designed to handle card updates and renewals at checkout.
Within Subscriber Bot, the desk applies relationship and renewal tracking to a contractor's own agreement base, with suggested steps held until a person approves them.
