About Subscriber Bot
The universal system of record for every recurring digital relationship — subscriptions, memberships, licenses, contracts, and recurring payments — with AI to discover, manage, and optimize them all from one place.
What is Subscriber Bot
Subscriber Bot is a subscription-management platform designed to manage the full end-to-end lifecycle of every recurring digital relationship — subscribe, unsubscribe, manage, and view — across newsletters, SaaS, AI services, memberships, licenses, contracts, recurring payments, insurance, telecom, utilities, and more, from one place.
People and organizations lose money to subscriptions they have forgotten, duplicated, or outgrown — scattered across cards, inboxes, and vendor portals. Subscriber Bot is being built to collapse all of that into a single Unified Relationship Graph, use AI to discover and manage every recurring relationship, and open an adapter framework so any provider can plug in. Third-party providers do nothing except, optionally, build an adapter.
What it sets out to do
- • Discover every recurring charge from your inbox and statements
- • Subscribe, manage, pause, and cancel from one dashboard
- • Merge every subscription message into one AI-categorized inbox
- • Optimize spend with an AI brain and a plain-language concierge
- • Govern SaaS spend, licenses, and contracts for organizations
- • Let providers reduce churn and reach users searching for them
Vision
A world where every person and organization knows exactly what they pay for, why, and whether it is still worth it — where managing any recurring relationship is one intelligent click, and where AI quietly removes the waste you never had time to find.
Subscriber Bot exists to end the quiet tax of forgotten subscriptions, hidden auto-renewals, and fragmented billing. We see a future where every recurring digital relationship is a first-class, governable object in one graph, where providers compete on transparency, and where an AI Subscription Brain works on your behalf within boundaries you set.
Mission
To create the world's definitive system of record for all recurring digital relationships — subscriptions, memberships, licenses, contracts, recurring payments, newsletters, communities, AI services, SaaS, insurance, telecom, utilities, financial products, associations, and educational enrollments.
We pursue this by modelling every relationship as a node in one graph, using AI to discover and reason over it, opening an adapter framework so any provider can integrate, and serving individuals, organizations, and providers alike — so the network, and the ecosystem of adapters and apps around it, becomes the product.

Core concepts
The domain model of Subscriber Bot. Every feature is built on these entities.
Identity
A user or an organization — the holder of recurring relationships. A single Universal Subscription Identity carries your preferences, interests, consent, and communication settings across every provider.
Provider
A service provider — a streaming service, a SaaS tool, an AI service, an insurer, a newsletter publisher. Every provider lives in the Global Provider Registry with pricing history, reviews, and security posture.
Relationship
The fundamental object — a subscription, membership, license, or contract between an identity and a provider. Every relationship is a node in the Unified Relationship Graph, linked to its plan, payments, and renewals.
Plan & Payment
A plan is the pricing model behind a relationship; a payment instrument (card, bank, wallet, UPI) is how it bills. Subscriber Bot tracks both so you always know what you pay and how.
Entitlement
What you actually receive — premium access, an API quota, unlimited usage. Entitlements connect a relationship to the value it delivers, so you can judge whether it is still worth keeping.
Adapter
The extensibility model. Providers (or the community) build adapter extensions implementing a small action contract — subscribe, cancel, change plan, fetch invoices — so Subscriber Bot can manage that service directly.
Our core values
The principles that guide everything we do at Subscriber Bot.
User in control
You own your identity, your data, and your consents. AI acts only within policies you set, and every action stays auditable and reversible.
Radical transparency
We surface true cost, overlap, and alternatives — and recommend actions with the reasoning shown, so you always understand why.
Open by design
An open adapter framework and event-driven ecosystem mean any provider can plug in — and every new adapter makes the platform more valuable for everyone.
