Association Dues Renewal Risk Desk
Grace-period members ranked by lapse risk, with the category or band error behind each and a correction to approve before the reminder.

Overview
This concept illustrates a renewal-risk and save desk for the membership team of a professional body or trade association. Subscriber Bot treats each membership as a recurring relationship with its category as the plan, for individual and firm members alike, and the desk is designed to show which grace-period members are most likely to lapse, why, and what correction would keep them.
In professional bodies and trade associations, many lapses start with a bill that no longer fits. A member retires and is still invoiced at the full rate, a student graduates and keeps receiving student invoices, or a firm's roster shrinks while its dues band stays the same. Reminders sent on top of a wrong invoice rarely work. The concept puts the driver behind each at-risk member next to a proposed save, so the bill can be corrected before the next reminder.
The illustrated page sits under Relationships for a sample society, titled for dues renewal in the 2026–27 membership year, with a grace period of 30 days after the September 30 due date. Pills filter by category, chapter and grace period. Four tiles show members renewed out of the total with a percentage, members in the grace period with an amber badge, resignations this cycle and dues at risk. The grace-period table, ranked by lapse risk, lists member, category, chapter, dues, member-since year, top driver, suggested save and status. Sample drivers include a firm roster that fell, a retirement, a graduation, a dues increase and a year without activity, paired with saves such as a band correction, a retired or early-career rate, a value reminder journey or a chapter call. A side panel explains why the selected firm is at risk, citing its smaller roster of inspectors and a changed primary contact, and offers to send the band correction to billing or assign the member to the membership team. A footer notes that scores are estimates, with drivers shown for every member.
Three other Burdenoff products appear in the design. Member records are labeled as brought in daily by FluidGrids, and the firm's invoice as coming from the membership system via FluidGrids: a FluidGrids workflow is designed to bring category, band, invoice and renewal status in from the association's own system, where invoicing and collection stay, and to carry approved corrections back before the next reminder. Two rows read sent to HeadshotMarketing and sent to ComradeCircle, reflecting the intent to hand those segments to a HeadshotMarketing renewal journey or a ComradeCircle chapter call list.
Within Subscriber Bot, the desk applies renewal risk tracking to an association's own members, with each save held until a person approves it.
