Broadband Churn Risk and Save Desk

See which subscribers are drifting toward the door and why, from repeat outages to promo roll-offs and disconnect requests, and act first.

These images are illustrations of the concept, not screenshots of the actual product.

Overview

This concept illustrates a churn risk and save desk for the retention team of a broadband and network operator. It shows the provider side of Subscriber Bot, the part designed for companies that run subscriptions rather than the people who hold them, set here in a residential provider-success workspace. The desk is designed to show which subscribers are drifting toward cancellation, what moved each score and which intervention a person has approved.

In telecom, the signals that come before a disconnect are spread across teams. Network operations sees the repeat outages, marketing knows when an introductory promotion ends, care logs the calls and billing holds the disputes. By the time a disconnect request arrives, the save conversation starts late and without context. The concept brings those signals into one scored queue so retention can act earlier, and the design envisions the operator's compliance team deciding which signals may drive offers.

Four tiles count high-risk subscribers, disconnect requests in the last seven days, promotion roll-offs due in the next 30 days and offers awaiting approval, the last highlighted. A Risk by district panel ranks four sample districts by a risk percentage. The Save desk queue lists each account with its district, a risk score labeled high or medium, its top drivers, such as outages in the last 60 days with a promotion ending, a disconnect request with care calls, an open billing dispute or a fiber cut, and a proposed action such as a service credit with a speed upgrade, a retention call, a longer-term plan offer, a fee waiver or an apology message. The selected account opens in a Why at risk panel with a bar for each driver: outage minutes over 90 days, the days until the promotion rolls off, speed tests below plan and care contacts. Approve offer, Edit and Reject sit beneath it, and the design holds each offer until a person decides.

Two other Burdenoff products appear in the design. A note under the district panel names a BigConsole network experience console as the source of outage exposure: operator network data is designed to reach Subscriber Bot through BigConsole and FluidGrids. A footer states that approved offers are sent through FluidGrids, and one sample row already reads sent via FluidGrids, reflecting the intent that each approved offer runs as a FluidGrids workflow with its status written back to the account.

Within Subscriber Bot, the desk sits under Insights and applies the product's health and renewal analytics to a provider's own subscriber base, with the same approval-first stance the product takes for its AI agents.

What this concept shows

  • Tiles for high-risk subscribers, disconnect requests in seven days, promotion roll-offs in the next 30 days and offers awaiting approval
  • A Risk by district panel ranking sample districts by risk percentage
  • A save desk queue with account, district, risk score, top drivers, proposed action and status
  • Risk scores labeled high or medium, driven by repeat outages, promotion end dates, disconnect requests, care calls, billing disputes and a fiber cut
  • Proposed interventions from service credits and speed upgrades to retention calls, plan offers, fee waivers and apology messages
  • A Why at risk panel with bars for outage minutes, promotion roll-off timing, speed tests below plan and care contacts
  • Approve offer, Edit and Reject actions, designed so no offer goes out without a person's approval
  • Outage exposure attributed to a BigConsole network experience console, with approved offers sent through FluidGrids

How it works

  1. Open the churn risk and save desk under Insights and read the counts of high-risk subscribers, disconnect requests, promotion roll-offs and offers awaiting approval.
  2. Check the Risk by district panel to see which districts carry the highest risk percentage.
  3. Scan the save desk queue for each account's risk score, top drivers and proposed action.
  4. Select an account to see the drivers behind its score in the Why at risk panel.
  5. Approve, edit or reject the proposed offer.
  6. Follow approved offers as they are sent through FluidGrids, with the status shown on the queue row.

Who it's for

  • Retention and save desk managers at broadband operators
  • Customer care leads handling disconnect requests
  • Network experience analysts
  • Subscriber marketing managers planning promotion roll-offs
  • Compliance teams deciding which signals may drive offers

Churn Risk Queue With District Risk and Driver Panel

At-risk accounts with their drivers and proposed saves, risk by district and an approval panel.

This illustration shows a desktop page titled Churn Risk and Save Desk in a residential provider-success workspace, with Insights selected in the left navigation. Four tiles count high-risk subscribers, disconnect requests in the last seven days, promotion roll-offs in the next 30 days and offers awaiting approval, the last highlighted. A Risk by district panel shows four sample districts with percentage bars and a note that outage exposure comes from a BigConsole network experience console. The Save desk queue has columns for account, district, risk, top drivers, proposed action and status. Sample rows pair drivers such as repeat outages, a disconnect request, an open billing dispute and a fiber cut with actions such as a service credit, a retention call, a fee waiver and an apology message, with statuses from draft to sent via FluidGrids. A side panel explains why the selected account is at risk with four driver bars and Approve offer, Edit and Reject buttons. All accounts and figures are sample data.
