Dealer Program Tier and Renewal Desk

Overview
This concept illustrates a renewal desk for a distributor's dealer program. A dealer program is a recurring relationship: a tier renewed each year, entitlements such as an extra discount, free-freight thresholds and co-op funds, and obligations such as a purchase threshold and certified counter staff. The desk is designed to hold each enrolled dealer as a Subscriber Bot relationship with its plan, entitlements and renewal date, with the tier's obligations added as tracked conditions.
In wholesale and distribution, tier reviews often happen at year end from a spreadsheet, when it is too late for a dealer to close the gap. A dealer can be short of the purchases needed to keep its tier, still waiting to certify counter staff on a product line, and sitting on co-op funds it never claimed. The concept shows each dealer renewing in the next 90 days against its tier, with each risk explained while there is still time to act.
The illustrated page sits under Relationships for a sample trade supplier, titled for the Pro Dealer Program's 2027 tier year, with Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers renewing on December 31. Pills filter by tier, territory and dealers renewing in 90 days. Tiles show enrolled dealers, dealers at risk of a tier drop and co-op funds unclaimed, and a chart compares co-op funds earned with funds claimed by tier. The Tier progress table lists each dealer's tier badge, a progress bar, purchases against the tier threshold, certified staff and a status such as tier at risk, co-op reminder sent, course assigned or on track. The selected Gold dealer's panel notes the purchases still needed by December 31, one of three counter staff certified on a heat-pump line and co-op funds unclaimed, with actions to assign a course in BuildMyIQ or add the dealer to a co-op reminder in HeadshotMarketing.
Three other Burdenoff products appear in the design. A footer reads that purchases come from dealer orders brought in nightly by FluidGrids and that each risk flag shows its driver: a FluidGrids workflow is designed to bring each dealer's year-to-date purchases in from its orders. The certified staff line carries a From BuildMyIQ label, reflecting the intent that BuildMyIQ certificates supply the staff condition and that the course action assigns the missing course there. The co-op reminder action is designed to add the dealer to a HeadshotMarketing campaign reminding it to claim its funds.
Within Subscriber Bot, the desk applies relationship, entitlement and renewal tracking to a distributor's own dealer network.
